Win a Wedding Video – Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize
One couple will win “The Key Moments” wedding video package from LK Photo & Video, which includes:

  • Full ceremony film (multi-camera edit)

  • Full speeches film (multi-camera edit)

  • Social media sneak peek (30–45 seconds)

2. Eligibility

  • Open to couples who spun the prize wheel at the wedding fayre

  • Couples must not already have a signed contract with LK Photo & Video

  • The wedding date must be available in LK Photo & Video’s diary

3. How the Winner Is Chosen

  • All eligible couples will be placed into one draw

  • One winner will be selected at random

  • The draw will be filmed

  • The winning couple will be contacted by email within X days of the draw

4. Booking & Validity

  • The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification – if the couple does not have a date yet, they need to at least confirm that they wish to use the prize. 

  • A standard LK Photo & Video contract must be signed to secure the date

  • The wedding must take place on or before 31 December 2028

5. What’s Included / Optional Add-Ons

  • Joint photo + video packages are not included in this offer

  • The winning couple may add additional coverage or extras, which must be paid for in full

  • The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable

6. Location & Travel

  • Coverage is included for weddings in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and Moray

  • Weddings outside these areas may be subject to a travel fee

7. Other Wheel Prizes

  • The winning couple cannot combine the free wedding video prize with any additional wheel prize

  • Couples who do not win the free wedding video may still use the prize they won on the wheel if they choose to book a wedding video package with LK Photo & Video

  • Wheel prizes are subject to availability and must be used as stated

  • Prizes do not apply to joint photo & video packages as they are already discounted. Should the couple choose to book a joint package a documentary edit will be added to their package free of charge.

8. Cancellation

  • If the winning couple cancels after booking, the prize is forfeited and will not be re-drawn

  • Standard cancellation terms in the LK Photo & Video contract apply

9. Portfolio & Sharing

  • By accepting the prize, the winning couple agrees that their wedding film may be used for LK Photo & Video’s website, portfolio, and social media

10. General

  • LK Photo & Video reserves the right to amend these terms if necessary

  • The draw and result are final
